	To recruit, train and match volunteers from the local community to work on a one to one basis with young offenders or young people at risk of offending or antisocial behaviour... To recruit, train and match volunteers from the local community to work on a one to one basis with young offenders or young people at risk of offending or antisocial behaviour.
