The Project will be covering the most deprived areas in Wales. This is called the Convergence area and includes:

1) Swansea

2) Conwy

3) Carmarthen

4) Ceredigion

5) Gwynedd

6) Isle of Anglesey

7) Denbighshire  

• Develop staff, volunteers and participants off the project
• Raise the projects awareness
• Engage and asses targeted groups
• Inform, advice and carry out activities to target groups
• Engage with employers
• Support, mentor and track newly employed participants
• Promote and develop Entrepreneurship and social enterprise
• Monitor, assess, evaluate and publicise the project
• Ensure project’s legacy
