This project works in ten prisons across the West Midlands, with a Case Manager in each. OnTrak works with participants in custody and in the community on release and was established to assist in removing the multiple barriers to labour market entry facing disadvantaged offenders.

OnTrak offers screening, assessment, referral and a range of intervention activities that aim to increase the employability of offenders, as well as the opportunity to have a trained volunteer mentor to support them on release. The project endeavours to enable its beneficiaries to realise their full potential and enter the labour market, access training and undertake voluntary work.

Activity to be delivered to beneficiaries consists of case management and Employment, Training and Education support work (including job brokerage, interview skills, job search, information, advice and guidance), brokerage and support.
