SOVA Yorkshire and Humber Offender Programme (YHOP) is made up of two ESF funded (NOMS co finance) projects in South Yorkshire and Yorkshire and Humberside providing education and employment support to adult offenders in custody and the community.

Project operates in two areas:

The Yorkshire and Humber Offender Programme is funded by the European Social Fund and supported by the National Offender Management Service.
