Serco Job Deal is a new initiative designed to support offenders back into work by improving their employment prospects and tackling barriers to employment. It is funded by the European Social Fund and the Department of Work and Pensions and managed by the National Offender Management Service. The project�s aim is to provide offenders with the support and skills they need to help them find work and live a stable, healthy law-abiding life after the end of their sentence.
