The project provides case management for mandatory and voluntary customers on Job Seekers Allowance and Employment Support Allowance for both pre and post job entry. Activity to be delivered consists of initial assessment and action plan, employability skills, setting realistic job goals and enabling customer to achieve their potential as well as an in work action plan to ensure sustainable employment for up to 2 years. Basic Skills / Education, Training and Employment / Information, Advice and Guidance Work placement in partneship with DWP and G4S Adults in the Community G4S is a prime contractor for DWP Work Programme.
