Salary range: £20,769 - £22,542 (pro rata)

Hours: Part time, 21 hours per week

An opportunity has arisen for a Volunteer Coordinator within the Sova Norfolk Mentoring Service, the role will require you to recruit, train and match volunteers with individuals who are identified with substance misuse issues. You will work as part of a larger team providing specialised practical behaviour change interventions, enabling individuals to tackle problems, build confidence, integrate into their community and reduce risk of harm and ongoing substance misuse.

The post is critical in ensuring that we provide the right structure, training and support for our volunteers to carry out this important work. It requires excellent understanding, knowledge and expertise of recruiting and training volunteers and supervising their activities on an on-going basis.
