| Project aim: | SOVA New Dawn addresses the social, substance misuse, training and employment needs of offenders and disadvantaged people by providing multi-disciplinary professional support, mentoring and training programmes from integrated sites in North Wales.
Mae DAWN yn mynd i'r afael ag anghenion cymdeithasol, cam-ddefnyddio sylweddau, hyfforddiant a chyflogaeth troseddwyr a phobl sy'n wynebu anfanteision drwy ddarparu cefnogaeth broffesiynol aml-ddisgyblaeth, gwasanaeth mentora a rhaglenni hyfforddi mewn safleoedd integredig yng Ngogledd Cymru. Bydd y staff yn darparu'r gwasanaeth o swyddfeydd yn Wrecsam a Bae Colwyn.
