| Project aim: | Canolfan Dewi Sant Centre is a one-stop shop and day centre, providing statutory and voluntary sector support, advice and guidance to people who are socially excluded, marginalised and vulnerable with a view to promoting, encouraging and assisting their access to appropriate services and resources in order to achieve life changing opportunities.
