Research commissioned on SOVA's behalf by Lucre revealed that 60% of Britons have made a decision which had a negative impact on their lives - but, refreshingly from SOVA's point of view, two thirds believe in second chances for everyone and 82% believe a positive role model can deter young people from a life of crime.
