Sova BME Employment for All / Curiad Curan Cymru
At Sova BME Employment for All we support unemployed and economically inactive black and minority ethnic (BME) people and people from European States, and are now living in Wales, to find and keep jobs.
Our team offers a range of one to one support and practical advice. We help people to apply for jobs and put together CVs, to build their confidence for interviews and to get the skills and qualifications they will need to find work. Through good relationships with local employers we set up work experience, work placements and encourage volunteering. We also support people with other issues which stop them from finding work, whether that be dealing with visa problems, managing money, improving English language skills or family relationships.
BME Employment for All / Curiad Curan Cymru is funded by the European Social Fund and the Welsh European Funding Office.
