Valuing Diversity and Preventing Discrimination
SOVA celebrates and encourages diversity and acts to:
- promote diversity in all its work
- develop a culture that is free from discrimination,
harassment and bullying and in which everyone we relate to is
treated fairly

respected and motivated to contribute their best by supporting
processes, practices, and decision making that opposes inequality,

job applicants, clients, partners, trustees and funders

SOVA takes a zero-tolerance
approach and regards any bullying, harassment or discrimination
as completely unacceptable. The implementation and promotion
of anti oppressive practice and equal opportunities is seen as
the responsibility of all members of staff within SOVA.
