Adults in the Community This client group is defined as anyone who is over 18 years of age and who is living in the community, i.e. is not currently in custody.
This includes clients who are: on community sentences; at the point of arrest and classed as vulnerable adults (custody suite); remanded on bail; affected by long term unemployment; as well as refugees and asylum seekers for whom SOVA delivers mentoring, drop-in day centres and transitional support.
